I just recently moved to Grande View, and so far everything has exceeded my expectations and I couldn’t be happier. When I started looking at different properties in the area, Patience went above and beyond to help with all my questions and concerns, and has been truly accommodating. She’s really gone out of her way to help me in so many different ways. All of the staff I’ve met has been extremely kind and welcoming too. The property is in the perfect location, and I love being so close to the water. My apartment is beautiful and spacious, and the pool area is beyond gorgeous. It reminds me of a resort. I always get so many compliments when I have visitors. I definitely made the right choice moving here and I hope to stay for quite a while.

We met Sarah Parker and she was able to get us in a 3 bed room 2 bath apartment. She was very Pleasant to talk to and she likes to take the tenants out to see the property. We decided to make Grand View our home because of Sarah. Please give her a raise Immediately!

I have been a resident of GrandeView for several years and have really had no issues with my unit but I recently did have an issue with the water heater. I placed a request for service and the maintenance personnel, Diego immediately diagnosed the issue. Shortly afterwards Diego and Jay returned and the issue was fixed. They did an excellent job. I have to say not only maintenance personnel, the Manager Patience S. and Assistant Manager Ameya N. do an outstanding job for this complex / community. Having a staff like them and a great maintenance team, makes this such a great place to live. Thank yall.

However, the dumpsters near my unit were extremely smelly, I got tired of that. There’s not much else to say, it was a very peaceful place to live and served as an important stepping stone to better my life.

The location is perfect, my dog and I walk to the beach every day. My two bedroom apartment on the ground floor with a lovely screened in patio is also perfect. It faces the woods and lots of birds come to my birdfeeder. The rooms are big, the floors are new, the place is quiet. If I have a problem, like my refrigerator light went out yesterday, maintenance is Johnny on the spot and Diego takes care of me very well. I like stopping in the office once in a while because the staff is just so friendly and welcoming. Happy happy to live here.

My son and I have been here 8 months and absolutely love it! The community is beautifully upkept and in a great location. Patience has been such a great help from the initial application process and beyond. Truly the entire staff is awesome! The office team, maintenance crew (Miyori and Diego) and trash valet team have great attitudes and do stellar work. (And y'all, the response time for maintenance is so quick.) It's also very pet friendly here. The overall energy and hospitality has been unmatched in my experience. Kudos, Grande View! (Adding for those who are not local: directly across from the beach, >10 min. walk to the mall, 10 min. walk to the Coliseum where endless events are held, Wal-Mart is a 5 min. drive, and plenty of restaurants as well as casinos in the area.)

Grandview apartments were absolutely incredible! I mean the apartments are just steps from beautiful Biloxi beaches, short drive to restaurants, bars casinos, the mall etc. My apartment was completely updated with granite counter tops, gas range, all new appliances including washer and dryer, dishwasher etc. Amaya and Precious were as nice and as accommodating as you could ever want from an apartment property management team. Amaya and Precious not only made moving in a breeze when I needed a place to live on the fly, but also assisted me with a smooth moving out experience when I found employment out of state. I can't thank them enough, they are truly wonderful people. If you are in search of a safe and well maintained place to live, I highly recommend Grandview apartments. If I ever make my way back out here, this will be the first place I come to rent an apartment again. -Forest

I’ve been living here at grande view for over a year now. From the start of my application, Patience has been great! She is very welcoming and makes the process of everything smooth. The apartment community feels like home. Everyone is very friendly and I’ve never had any problems to worry about. Being I’ve been here through each season I can say that management and maintenance (Diego and Miyori) make all year long enjoyable. They keep the grounds well kept. The pool is always clean and running. Pool area atmosphere is upgraded and well kept. The fitness center has what you need to get a good workout in. Any maintenance request I’ve had (light bulbs, loose cabinet, tub recaulk) was fixed with no problem and fast. I had an ac leak after hours and they came out and got that fixed asap. The communication grande view has with their residents is great! Emails about weather safety, rent/lease reminders, apartment gatherings, city events, etc are always sent out to keep you in the know of what’s going on. Overall, grande view is a great place to live on the coast!

I initially rated Grande View Apartments with 1 star, but after noticing significant improvements, I’m pleased to update my review to 4 stars. The management has been very prompt in addressing the issues with the front gate, which has greatly enhanced neighborhood safety. Their communication with tenants is excellent; they consistently address our concerns and keep us well-informed. The maintenance team is incredibly quick and efficient, always ensuring that any issues are resolved promptly. The yard work and plants are meticulously maintained, contributing to a beautiful and pleasant environment. Additionally, the trash pickup service has been improved and is now very regular, ensuring cleanliness around the complex. Moreover, the community here is friendly and welcoming, making Grande View Apartments a wonderful place to live. I'm very pleased with the positive changes and improvements that have been made.

I moved to Grande View in 2021. I moved to the area from Georgia to assume a role as a local news anchor and reporter with WLOX. I am now heading out to another state for work (Feb 2024) -- but I first wanted to share how my experience has been living at Grande View. I immediately signed a lease here, and when it came to an end about 14 months later, I chose to renew because I actually haven't found another complex that compares. I've lived here with my large golden retriever in both a 1bed/1bath unit and 2bed/2bath. (The bathtubs and fireplaces are dreamy!) The location is perfect. You can walk to the beach anytime, drive about 15 seconds (or even walk as well) to Starbucks, restaurants, a movie theater, mall, an awesome thrift store that I also recommend - and quite a bit more. Our news station is also a 3-minute drive away. It's really convenient. But I also feel safe, even though we're in the hub of everything. I've never witnessed - or heard of - any crime here. I love that the entire property is gated. But I think what I love most about it is the staff/management. There's no frequent turnover like I've experienced other places. The same group of people have worked here during my time here, and they are genuinely so nice. (That is also true when it comes to the community as a whole - everyone is very friendly here.) I can honestly say I have never had a problem here that went unaddressed. I did face a couple moments of concern. But as soon as I communicated with the managers, they were on it right away to help me. I'm typically not the type to leave reviews for things. That is, unless I'm exceptionally pleased or incredibly disappointed lol. And I only have great things to say about Grande View. Sad to go. But I do hope I meet a team like this at my next location. 10/10 recommend!

First I want to say that my 2 cats love their screened in patio! The bedrooms are spacious and there are plenty of closets! Friendly, quiet neighbors, many of whom I have met as they walk their dogs past our patio on the way to the dog park or their children to the playground. If I have to leave a negative, I found the pool to be rather small, but it’s only about a 2 block walk to the beach, and it’s beautiful! The office and maintenance teams are wonderful and appear to be at the top of their game. Very quick to respond if needed! I love living here and it’s quietly convenient to just about everything you could need in the Biloxi area. You definitely won’t find better elsewhere!

Before I moved into Grande View I was considering a few other apartments. I had gone as far as touring and applying at some of these other places, but after I visited Grande View I knew it was the place for me. From the moment I called to inquire about availability all the way through the application process and lease signing, my experience was a pleasant and reassuring one. Amaya was the one who handled it and helped me through the whole way, and it was this experience that sealed the deal for me. From the time I called to the time I signed the lease was only a matter of about three hours. Amaya showed me the available units and then we went back to the leasing office to start the application process. She was very kind and very informative, and she was able to process the application while I was sitting at her desk. Other places I visited took over a week to process the application for reasons I can’t imagine. I credit Amaya singlehandedly for my decision to ultimately choose Grande View. And her kindness was not just a ploy to get me to sign a lease; even since becoming a resident here she has checked in to make sure I had everything I needed. After living here I have seen that everything she said about the services and amenities has been true. I have not had any major issues since living here, but every inquiry or question I’ve had has been answered or addressed immediately. I have lived in other apartment complexes where that has not been the case, and so I am very grateful for how smoothly and consistently everything works around here. The trash is picked up consistently. I watch every day how the staff goes around and tends to their daily duties like cleaning the pool, and making sure the whole place stays clean and orderly. Again, all of those things are much appreciated, especially after living at other places where the staff was not on top of things. Also, after moving in I later decided to bring on a couple of pets. Even that whole process could not have been easier and smoother. I spoke to Patience on the phone and she had it handled the same day. I stopped by the office later that day to thank her and she was in turn very thankful to me for being honest about the pets. I can’t say enough good things about the staff that works here and the quality of my experience living here. There’s no doubt I made the right choice.

One year ago I was forced into a position where My fiance and i (and our puppy) needed to move to the coast for work but no place had availability. After calling around and searching I found Grande View. we called and said we needed to move in urgently. they showed us an apartment that week and My fiancé and i fell in love with this place. right next to the beach. amazing location next to the mall and casinos. a beautiful neighborhood right behind the place for nice scenic dog walks. We moved in and within a month or two The staff all knew me by name when i would come see them at the office. TRULY A HEARTWARMING PLACE TO LIVE!!! My fiancé and i have to move again to for my work. However i can honestly say that i am nervous about this because what are the chances i have such a great experience twice in a row. WE LOVE GRANDE VIEW. PS. The neighbors are amazing people too, we are gonna miss them and there amazing puppies. our dog really loved it here too

I moved here at the beginning of this year (2023) over the holiday weekend. The office was very accommodating despite it being a holiday. I was moving from out of state and they easily and efficiently got everything signed and together without any hassle. They also helped me get my power and gas started while I was still out of state. We had a freeze the week I was driving up and they went in and made sure the heat was running and the facets were dripping to prevent pipe issues. So amazing! Once I got into my apartment, there were a few things I found that needed repairs. The maintenance staff was here within 24 hours to fix whatever I needed. They were awesome, kind, respectful and quick. I have now been here a month, and so far I love it! Everyone is so nice. My only qualm is the portal. It doesn't work. However, the office staff is great and helpful, so not being able to use the portal hasn't really been a problem.

let me just say the bad reviews are ridiculous , especially for the people who don’t live here .management and owner turnover can be difficult but people need to have more patience and understanding . my husband and I viewed and toured the apartments in november, mimi was insightful , honest and full of information and let me tell you for this girls first week there she was built for this . miriam as well was incredibly helpful and made this move in process easy.we signed the day we viewed them . the homes are beautiful , the driveway leads to the beach , and lovely patio area in the home . we’ve only lived here a month now and are overwhelmed with the diversity , kindness and privacy that this place and people here have to offer . I can’t wait to see the new changes yet to come with these apartments . i’m happy to be apart of them .

Realizing that the Grande View staff has been overwhelmed in recent months with new owners, new employees and new procedures, I decided to throw a few things out there that might help fix a few things. The gate has not worked in quite a while. If we are going to be a “Gated Community”, fix it. The landscape is maintained but the lawn is mostly weeds and stickers. Kill the weeds, plant some grass and fix the sprinkler system. Since the 2015 renovation, the building appearance has deteriorated. Power wash the brick, siding, hallways, stairs and hand rails. Dedicate someone to review, schedule and update maintenance requests listed on your Portal and provide tenants with updates on if and when their requests will be corrected. Be prepared for many appliance failures in the upcoming year. All of my kitchen appliances are old and if they still work, probably won’t last another year. Above all, know that we appreciate your efforts and know that your daily routines are stressful. Thanks for what you do.

The Management staff and Maintenance personnel are professional, friendly, efficient and quick to respond to any and all issues. Grande View is ideally located by the beach, shopping mall and many casinos. I love it here

The property manager Nichole was the absolute SWEETEST and most patient person! She answered all of our questions and was so incredible with our kiddos. We highly recommend this complex! Not to mention the pool area is beautiful.

The water is clear and not brown like keesler inns and doesn't have a funny taste. The staff are excellent at working with people and the right living arrangements for a very diverse community given the main employment industry's in Biloxi.

We stayed in a wonderful third floor one bedroom apartment last winter. The staff is also very pleasant and if you have a problem it gets solved within 48 hours. They went above and beyond for us while we lived in Mississippi. The one down fall I would say is the gates that don't work. Security is a huge thing now days and if I were to stay again I would like to see the gates working. Other than that this place is wonderful with great staff and great prices.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Lakin gave my wife and I a look-see of the grounds and we are very happy with the location being so close to the beach. The apts are very large and the price is fair, especially for the location. I would recommend having Grand View on your list if you are moving to the area

We lived here for 8 months before moving to another state for work, but we loved Grande View! It’s conveniently located near restaurants, the mall is within walking distance, and the view of the beach is just gorgeous! Although traffic on 90 would get congested during large events, we really enjoyed the location and our stay here.

I have lived here for a year. I just renewed my lease with the staff. I had a very difficult time finding exactly what I was looking for, as I am from New York, and I'm used to a different lifestyle. Since I contacted Grande View, I have had NOTHING but a great experience. I frequently give reviews for the experiences I have at certain places. I also check the reviews out before I go anywhere. From the office staff, who have gone above and beyond, and the maintenance team who are always prompt with taking care of my issues, there is not one thing I could complain about during my stay here, which is why I have renewed. The grounds are always kept up, the amenities are clean and well taken care of, and I am happy to renew my lease for many years to come at Grande View!

Love living here. Only two things that are worth complaining about. The front gate is always broken and the speed bumps are not the friendliest of all speed bumps. Definitely does the job though. lol Anyways, maintenance staff and the office Staff kicka$$. Mainly military and pretty chill group of people who are all considerate(this is based off my 9months of experience on living here). Not a bad place to live. Would live here again, that's for sure and most definitely military friendly :)

These are the nicest apartments that I have ever lived in. The staff answers service requests quickly. The apartments are beautiful. The company has turned these apartments into the best place to live on the coast. I am looking to buy a house within the next year, but will miss the sheer luxury of living here. Super impressed.

I absolutely LOVE my apartment here at Grande View. I have a 2 bed 2 bath and I have never felt claustrophobic because it is very specious especially the bathrooms are extra wide. All of the other residents are so friendly that I feel safe and secure. The staff here at Grande View have been extremely helpful and exceed expectations by going above and beyond customer satisfaction. If you are looking for an apartment then you don t need to look any further because this is the apartment you will love living in and being a resident of. :)

I recently moved to the area and searched for a complex that was "large breed" friendly. While this was my top search criteria, I found that Grande View had so much more to offer. The staff has been unbelievably helpful and hard working. Nick and Renee are exceptional at what they do. When I toured the complex, the staff explained that management and the owner had recently changed (They were purchased by a much larger corporate company) and that renovations would soon be occurring around the property. This company has delivered on the promises that were made during my lease signing. The renovations are noticeable by the week. The grounds are well manicured and the common areas are cleaned daily by the staff. Staff and grounds people are always friendly and very mindful of their job. This complex offers many different floor plans and the units that I have seen are well maintained as well as reasonably priced. I toured many of the "luxury" apartments in the area before deciding on Grande View, I could not be more pleased with the level of service and attention to detail that I have received and seen since moving here.

Grande View Apartments is a fantastic place to live. Each day when I drive out, I see the beautiful ocean and sugar white sand beach. My apartment is perfect with two master bedrooms. The community is very quiet with lots of friendly neighbors. I can walk around the complex anytime of the day and feel very safe. The staff cares about the people who live here. They have pizza and donuts for everyone on special occasions. If there is a problem, the maintenance guys take care of it immediately. I just love living here. If you are looking for a great place to live, you definitely want to look here.

I,m so content with the location and the appt. Sizes wish they can trim the palm trees around the pool area and fix the hot tub and get a new pool furniture and fix what the ex-maintanance personal couldn't fix coz of lake of experience !! I love being in this spot !!!!
