Appliance Replacement
Unfortunately an issue with the refrigerator which they were unable to repair as it was time to replace and they did with a brand new stainless. Thank you.

Amazing Team
An absolute AMAZING team. The office is efficient in getting back to you with information. Patience is always a delight to see and the maintenance team is sooooo fast and efficient! Literally same day/next day fixes big or small! Love it here

The maintenance team here at Grande View always get things done and are very helpful as well as knowledgeable. Diego and Greyson have definitely helped in making this property a great place to live! ☺️

Great Place to Live
Nice updated apartments. Friendly home office. Patience has been nothing short of fantastic, helpful, and informative. Also can’t say enough about the guys who service the apartments. They come fast and are efficient at their jobs. 10/10 would recommend anyone to live here. You won’t regret leasing at Grande View.

Amaya in the office did a great job! I am apartment shopping and she showed me all around and available apartments in different units. She answered all my questions and made me feel very welcome. Because of her, Grande View is at the top of my list. Thanks Amaya.

the office staff was very helpful Patience was very helpful and the apt was very clean and i love how they already have washer and dryers in the unit

I absolutely love living here and have had the best experiences. From the first inquiry, Patience S. was awesome. I was moving from out of state, and she made it so easy! The maintenance team is also the best. Responsive and considerate of "remote working from home." The community is friendly and overall, just a great place to call home.

Tonight was wine down Wednesday at Grande view it was so much fun. We really have a fantastic staff working for you. Trunk or treat was great too. If you’re interested in a place where the staff wants you to feel like you are part of the family check out Grande view. You will not be disappointed.
