Great place to live
I just renewed my lease with Grandview. The staff is so friendly and helpful. We are really becoming a family and the events they put on for the different holidays are great. It’s been great because you get to meet more of your neighbors.

Nice Community!
Office workers are very nice! Neighbors are pretty quiet and to themselves. Maintenance is very responsive to requests. Overall it’s a very nice community to live in.

Greyson, Diego, Miyori are amazing they came on time to check my heater and where very nice and funny I enjoyed them all while they where working on my heater they are a great team and very upbeat and positive and very professional 🙌

Great place to live
We have living here going on 2 years now and we live it. Patience S in the office is great, always friendly and helpful. She answers all of your questions and helps in any way she can. The maintenance staff is great, they are quick to respond to any issues you may be having. This is a great place to call home.

Awesome experiences with lot of memories to cherish, living here at Grande view apartment...Rooms are spacious, excellent amenities with plenty of parking... I would also add that probably this is the only community in the area with gas stove in the kitchen (i dont like electric ones personally). Patience and the Maintenance staff are amazing, quick and responsive and would make your stay blissful.
