After being reunited with my Jr. High sweetheart (1969) we moved here in October and our experience has been awesome...I've never felt more at home and content than I do here. The staff are all phenomenal and always go the extra mile to be helpful... My review would be incomplete without a big shout out to Patience...can't say enough about her... If you're looking for an apartment...this is THE PLACE!

The new leadership at grande View is on the ball. Ms Sherman gets things done in a very timely matter if you have an issue. She makes sure it gets to the right person to solve it. Everytime I have been in the office she is always personable and happy to see you regardless of the other issues of the day. When the matter gets to Bridgette she handles it in a personal as well as profesional manner. They do their best to make this a good place to be, or otherwise I would be somewhere else.

Lived here for about 6 months. I unfortunately had to break my lease early due to some life changes and they made it an easy and straightforward process. Patience Sherman in the office is the sweetest! She’s always super helpful and willing to answer any questions.

My partner and I moved into grande view after a bad experience elsewhere urgently in December. Since then they have had great customer service and everytime there is an issue our service requests have been completed almost instantly. The staff are all extremely nice and personable when speaking with us as well. We love it here

I would just like to say how awesome Diego and Miyori have been!! They are very quick and efficient when there has been any issue, Especially the AC!! They go above and beyond!!! Grande View is better with Diego and Miyori!!!

I love my apartment also the Diego & Miyori services be on time the best maintenance crew and Patience Sherman office manager responds back quickly on any issues are questions and concerns I love grande view apartment homes give 10 out of 10 it’s giving 😘🙌
