I just renewed for another year here! I absolutely love the community. Amaya and Patience are so helpful and kind. Maintenance is quick and very helpful! 10/10 highly recommend.

I want to give a huge shout out to the maintenance team here at Grande View Apartments. My AC in my apartment was not working correctly and they jumped straight on it and got it fixed for me without hesitation. The office staff are also friendly and accommodating. I wish I could give this place a 10 star. Thank you to all the staff for making this a great place to live

We've lived at Grande View through 3 owners and 3 sets of front office personnel and I have to say, "3rd times a charm". The current Grande View team is professional, friendly, and they care about their tenants. Any time we’ve had an issue, it’s addressed and taken care of in a timely manner. Diego and Miyori (maintenance) are kind, reliable and knowledgeable in what they do. Patience Sherman and Miriam, Thank You!!

This community is beautiful, the facilities are very clean and well maintained. Brigitte was wonderful and went the extra mile to make the move in experience as pleasant as possible.

Patience and Amaya are ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL! You have a question? They have the anwser. Always smiling and welcoming everytime I walk in the door. If it wasn’t for them I would have lost trying to navigate buying an apartment for the first time. Truly God sent blessings!

Grandview apartments were absolutely incredible! I mean the apartments are just steps from beautiful Biloxi beaches, short drive to restaurants, bars casinos, the mall etc. My apartment was completely updated with granite counter tops, gas range, all new appliances including washer and dryer, dishwasher etc. Amaya and Precious were as nice and as accommodating as you could ever want from an apartment property management team. Amaya and Precious not only made moving in a breeze when I needed a place to live on the fly, but also assisted me with a smooth moving out experience when I found employment out of state. I can't thank them enough, they are truly wonderful people. If you are in search of a safe and well maintained place to live, I highly recommend Grandview apartments. If I ever make my way back out here, this will be the first place I come to rent an apartment again. -Forest

This complex is one of the best complexes I have lived in. All the staff are kind and friendly, especially Miss (Amaya). She was very kind and wonderfully cooperative with me. Thank you to Miss Amaya and all the staff here. I highly recommend living in this complex in all respects.

Great people work here and they keep the apartment clean, Amaya and Patience are always so kind up front ready to help me and whoever else. Diego and the rest of the maintenance team are great as well they work hard and do everything in a timely manner. This is a great place to live

Overall I had a very good experience living at Grande View. The staff, especially Patience, was always helpful and kind to us. Our apartment was very nice inside, the dog park was nice, and I never had any problems there. Would recommend to anyone.
