I have lived here well over a year now and I have no complaints. If there has ever been something I needed taken care of, it has been fixed immediately. Maintenance has been wonderful and those in the office are extremely polite and helpful!

Wonderful community and the staff is amazing

Miss Patience has been the perfect go-to person. She handles her job wonderfully and effortlessly. Despite the minor obstacles we encountered during move-in, she and her team promptly resolved them, usually within a day. She was incredibly proactive, ensuring everything was taken care of, and followed up multiple times. It’s clear that she and her staff genuinely care about the community and its residents. Thank you. Miss Patience has been an exceptional resource. She executes her duties with precision and grace. Any hiccups we faced during our move-in were swiftly addressed by her and her team, often within a day. Miss Patience showed remarkable dedication, staying on top of all matters and providing multiple follow-ups. It’s evident that she and her team have a true passion for this community and its residents.

I want to give a big SHOUT OUT to Miss Amaya. From the time we started deciding to move until move-in day, she provided EXCEPTIONAL customer service. She made our move from Pennsylvania to Mississippi so easy. She answered all my questions; I was bombarding her with emails i mean TONS of emails lol, but she remained patient and polite throughout, even with all my many, many questions. I want to express my immense gratitude to Miss Amaya for her outstanding customer service. Throughout our decision-making process to move-in day, she made our Pennsylvania to Mississippi relocation a smooth journey. Despite my endless emails and numerous questions, she handled everything with patience, never showing frustration, and always maintaining a kind and polite attitude. THANK YOU!!

I’ve been here almost a year, and my experience has been nothing short of amazing. The grounds are always well kept, the pool is clean, and everyone I’ve met here is friendly. The maintenance crew completes work orders expeditiously. Patience and Amaya keep the office with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Any problems I encounter, they are there to help, any questions I have they have an answer; all with a smile on their face. Between office staff, maintenance, and residents this truly is an amazing community to reside.

We have lived at Grande View for going in two years. I cannot say enough about the staff and how friendly and helpful they are! Maintenance goes above and beyond for the residents. It’s an amazing community! Couldn’t ask for a better apartment!!!
