The Manager Patience is the most amazing Manager I've worked with in an apartment. The staff was amazing, wonderful place to live.

Clean, cozy, and quiet apartments near the beach and Edgewater mall. Floor plans are spacious, and nice small pool and gym on site. Overall a wonderful place to live!

I been living here for almost 5 years and when I say the best experience has been since Patience And Amaya came they help you when needed also understanding !!!! They definitely care about the community and that’s what I love about them the most! ❤️

Lived at Grande View 3 1/2 years. Great apartment, larger than usual. Clean well maintained grounds and pool. Friendly, efficient staff. Patience, Amaya and Diego are the best!

My name is Rico I have been living here for 8 1/2 yrs now. Patience Amaya and the Maintenance team are the best on the coast. They care about their tenants here at Grande View. They all deserve to be recognized. Kudos to our team at Grande View.

Any situation or assistance needed for anything dealing with the apartment is always taking care of quickly and with professionalism. Everyone from the office and maintenance is always so nice.We love our community!
