Awesome Maintenance Crew
The Maintenance Crew at Grande View Apartments are awesome! I have lived here for 7 years and seen maintenance guys come and go. Diego and Jay are by far the best crew. They respond quickly when you put a service request in and always have a smile on their face.

Patience and Diego and the rest of the team..ARE THE BEST!!! I have worked in the Apartment leasing field 9 years on and off and I must say they are truly The Best Team.They treat everyone like FAMILY!! If you move here you will be treated right.... Patience has really made a huge difference here I wish her continuous Growth and Opportunity...They all are DA'BEST!!!!😘😘😘😘

The location is perfect, my dog and I walk to the beach every day. My two bedroom apartment on the ground floor with a lovely screened in patio is also perfect. It faces the woods and lots of birds come to my birdfeeder. The rooms are big, the floors are new, the place is quiet. If I have a problem, like my refrigerator light went out yesterday, maintenance is Johnny on the spot and Diego takes care of me very well. I like stopping in the office once in a while because the staff is just so friendly and welcoming. Happy happy to live here.

Diego is a rock star. He is always willing to lend a helping hand, he gets a request I need done quickly and efficiently! Super friendly!

Perfect location, apartment is spacious, great neighbors and awesome staff. Even on a weekend and after hours just pleasant and understanding reception when Diego addressed an AC issue for us.
