Being at grande view for a year, the office and complex was impeccable. Patience made me feel welcome and is the BEST at what she does! And I have to give a shoutout to the maintenance, especially DIEGO !! I would put in a work order and it would be fixed the same day or latest.. the next day. Diego and patience made Grande View feel like a home to me and they deserve every bit of the praise. Not only were they getting their job done, but they get to know you, speak with you, and make the best of everything. My apartment (2/1) was very spacious, very close to the beach and mall ( I walked to both in less than 5 mins) If there were any issues.. it’s fixed once i contact the office. I will miss grande view

Writing a review for the entire staff and team here at Grande View because they are so wonderful. Always willing to work with any problems or issues promptly and efficiently and so kind! No other rental property has made me feel so secure like they have here, all the employees really do make a difference :)

The new leadership at grande View is on the ball. Ms Sherman gets things done in a very timely matter if you have an issue. She makes sure it gets to the right person to solve it. Everytime I have been in the office she is always personable and happy to see you regardless of the other issues of the day. They do their best to make this a good place to be, or otherwise I would be somewhere else.

Excellent customer service! Patience, Amaya are fantastic! Diego and Miyori are on top of anything you could ask them to do! Love living at Grande View!!

My son and I have been here 8 months and absolutely love it! The community is beautifully upkept and in a great location. Patience has been such a great help from the initial application process and beyond. Truly the entire staff is awesome! The office team, maintenance crew (Miyori and Diego) and trash valet team have great attitudes and do stellar work. (And y'all, the response time for maintenance is so quick.) It's also very pet friendly here. The overall energy and hospitality has been unmatched in my experience. Kudos, Grande View! (Adding for those who are not local: directly across from the beach, >10 min. walk to the mall, 10 min. walk to the Coliseum where endless events are held, Wal-Mart is a 5 min. drive, and plenty of restaurants as well as casinos in the area.)

I’ve lived here for two years and I have to move in December and I’m heartbroken . Diego, Patience and Amaya are always so kind and so helpful . I would recommend living here 10/10 times . Love these guys , and love this place .

This Pleasant Community with all its Amenities has welcomed me and my family with open arms..The office staff and Maintenance team was Extremely helpful in getting me and my family situated into our new home. They helped me and my family out Tremendously when our old place of Residence was perished in a fire. They’re prompt at addressing any concerns I may have in a very Welcoming demeanor. Me and my Husband love it here along with our kids as well. My apartment is very spacious and bug free unlike where I used to Reside. I love the pool, gym and of course its location..Just wants to say Thanks Again Bridgette, Patience and Maintenance Crew yall Rock🫶🏽

Hands down one of the most beautiful apartment complexes I’ve stayed in! Im a new resident..a few months in..few years to go👌🏾
